Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Sessionat. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sessionat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Sessionat for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. AI Model Usage

You acknowledge that AI model outputs are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before use in production or critical applications.

5. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed based on AI model usage. Different models have different credit costs. Unused credits expire according to your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sessionat to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The content you create using Sessionat belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sessionat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sessionat operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
