By installing, accessing, or using Sessionat Chrome extensions (including Sessionat Tab Manager and YouTube AI Assistant), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or use our extensions.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our Chrome extensions

This license allows you to:

  • Install and use the extensions for personal use
  • Access premium features with a valid license key
  • Use AI features with provided API keys

You may NOT:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your license key
  • Reverse engineer or modify the extensions
  • Use the extensions for commercial purposes without authorization

All payments are processed through Gumroad

  • โ€ข One-time purchase provides lifetime access
  • โ€ข License key validates premium features
  • โ€ข Refunds handled according to Gumroad's policies
  • โ€ข We do not store payment information

Free features remain available without purchase. Premium features require a valid license key purchased through Gumroad.

Some features require external AI API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic):

  • You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys
  • API usage costs are your responsibility
  • We are not liable for API service interruptions or changes

You may not use our extensions to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to harm or overload any services
  • Collect or harvest data without authorization

All content, features, and functionality of Sessionat extensions are owned by Mu3lnen LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Extensions are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Compatibility issues with browser updates
  • Third-party API changes or failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

๐Ÿ”š 8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the extensions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the extensions after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
